PAYMENTS, TAXES AND REFUND POLICY
You agree that Unity Supply will charge your provided payment method for products that you purchase on our online store. You will also be charged for shipping fees, which varies based on the shipping speed you have selected. The shipping cost will be voided if the value of the items purchased is equal to or greater than $75. If a discount code is applied that allows the customer to pay less than $75 for their order, free shipping will no longer apply and the customer will be charged for the shipping selected.
Your total price will include the price of the product plus any applicable tax, which is determined based on the billing address provided and the tax rate at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for the timely payment for all fees and for providing Unity Supply with a valid payment method for the payment of all fees. If the method of payment is not valid at the time or purchase, you will not receive the item you attempted to purchase.
You are responsible for entering your payment information correctly. If you fail to enter the correct information associated with your payment (including, but not limited to your billing address) you may be subject to an authorization hold. This is a standard practice within the banking industry that holds the balance you attempted to charge until the merchant clears the transaction. The amount you attempted to charge will be listed as a pending charge until the funds are returned to your account. This process may take 3-5 business days or more. Additional attempts to charge your account will result in a higher balance being held.
When you purchase an item on “pre-order” or “presale”, you are authorizing Unity Supply to charge your account and ship the item once it becomes available. You may cancel your pre-order up until the date the item has shipped. The shipping dates listed for all “pre-order” and “presale” items are an estimate and do not guarantee the arrival of your item on a specific date.
- PRIVACY
The payment information that you provide Unity Supply is stored within the ecommerce platform Shopify and is not available to our employees. We are able to search for your order using only the last four digits of an associated credit or debit card, but we do not have access to the full account information. Thus, Unity Supply employees are unable to make additional charges on your card outside of the amount you have authorized during checkout. We also are unable to refund amounts that are not specifically related to a product or shipping amount. This means that we cannot apply discount codes or intentionally reduce a price by a given percentage after the order has been placed. In order to change the amount charged to your card, you will have to authorize the cancellation of your original order and/or create an additional charge through one of our “upgrade” services.
The shipping address information that you provide Unity Supply is stored in our database for the purpose of replacing or exchanging items only. This information will not be shared outside our company.
The email you have provided is used for sending emails that contain information about your order, including tracking and possible issues. You are required to provide this email so you can receive updates and important information that may affect the reception of the item you purchased.
- SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Our items are fulfilled using Amazon and Moulton Logistics. These fulfillment centers use a variety of shipping carriers, including (but not limited to) USPS, FedEx, DHL and UPS. We are unable to select a specific shipping carrier or pass along specific shipping information to these carriers based on customer request. We are unable to offer shipping insurance or signature confirmation for your order.
Once your order has been shipped, our fulfillment centers will send you an email with the tracking information for your package.Once your order has been shipped, Unity Supply is unable to change the shipping address or shipping speed.
You are responsible for entering a valid and correct shipping address. Unity Supply is not responsible for an item that was shipped to an address that was incorrectly entered by a customer at the time of purchase. If our shipping software detects an incorrect address, you will receive an automated email requesting an updated address. Failure to respond to this email will result in the suspension of shipping until you have confirmed your address.
In order to claim that a package was lost by the shipping carrier in order to receive a replacement or refund, the customer must provide tracking information associated with their order that states the package was lost. Unity Supply is not responsible for any deliveries that the shipping carrier reports as “delivered” that the customer failed to receive.
- WARRANTY
- RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our distribution center within 30 days of the delivery date. Please make sure to specify order number(s) so we can ensure your credit is accurate. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still, have the original tags attached. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of an Unity Supply Gift Card for use on a future purchase on UnitySupply.com. E-Gift Cards never expire!
Helpful Hint: if returning by mail, we suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for convenience (you can find information on flat rate shipping HERE). You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Unity Supply and product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail to our distribution center No in-person drop-offs will be accepted at our distribution center or corporate office. We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Unity Supply will not issue return credit.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Unity Supply does not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
Unity Supply reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, Unity Supply reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Non-Unity Supply items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.
Wardrobing & Excessive Returns
Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations in which a customes return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity or wardrobing. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a customer, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all customers across the globe.
Shoe Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Unity Supply. We pride ourselves on being environmentally friendly, therefore we ship all shoes in a stylish eco-friendly bag. If for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your shoes, we will accept returns up to 30 days after purchase if the following conditions are met:
- All items must be unworn,
- All Items must be in their original packaging.
Final Sale Items
Custom, customer created items are final sale.
Exchanges
Because we can't ensure our customers will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to the distribution center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. We will issue you a store credit via an E-Gift Card once we've received your return. That way, you may use the E-Gift Card towards the correct item/size or for another item.
Damaged Items
If you could kindly print and fill out this form, and return it along with the damaged item, we will issue you store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card and you can repurchase the item if desired. We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for packages that get lost in transit.
Once we receive your package, we will email you an E-Gift Card in the amount of your item, plus the cost of the shipping return (up to $10.00 USD provided you also include a copy of the receipt itemizing the return shipping cost).
Return by Mail
Please print and fill out our return slip (click HERE to download a copy) or include your original packing slip with the item(s) being returned. Kindly note that without including your order number on the returns slip or with your returned item(s) there may be a delay in processing your return.
Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. We do not accept returns on bodysuits or final sale items.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return via USPS Flat Rate with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Credit
Store credit via E-Gift Card for your returned item(s) will be processed once they are received at our distribution center. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once it is received into our distribution center. Your E-gift card covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable. Unity Supply does not credit original shipping charges.
Stale Returns
Unity Supply requires items to be returned within 30 days of original receipt. Returns received in our distribution center or retail locations after 30 days are considered stale returns. Stale returns by mail are subject to being rejected and returned the sender. Alternatively, if the cost returning the item to your attention exceeds the then current value of the item, Unity Supply will apply a 50% restocking fee to the item(s) when processed in our distribution center. An E-Gift Card for the remaining balance will be issued following our normal returns process.
- MISCELLANEOUS
Unity Supply is operated from its offices in the United States, and all transactions on our website are governed by California law.
You acknowledge that our products contain electronics, and are not to be exposed to water, fire or the elements. These products should not be used by unsupervised children. Any attempt to damage this product will invalidate your warranty.
Unity Supply is not responsible for and does not provide a warranty for items that were purchased from 3rd party sellers.
